Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, located in Hancock, Massachusetts, is the flagship resort of The Fairbank Group. Run by the Fairbanks for over 40 years, Jiminy’s master plan was completed in 2006 and it is now a fully developed, premier four season destination resort in the Berkshires. Popular since the ‘70s, the resort offers skiing and snowboarding during the winter months, outdoor recreation during the summer season and weddings, conferences as well as lodging and dining options during all seasons. There are more than 300 condominium units with a bed base of over 2,000 pillows in the surrounding valley.

Jiminy has been a strong and stable force in the ski industry for years, and has been a pioneer, most notably for renewable energy. Jiminy Peak was the first private company in any industry to install its own 1.5 MW wind turbine for its own use. Zephyr now provides 33% of the resort’s energy needs and is complimented by a co-generation facility, a 2.3 megawatt community-shared solar project and numerous other environmental initiatives that together make the resort’s energy sources 100% renewable.

The Fairbank Group acquired historic Cranmore Mountain Resort in 2010. The resort is located in North Conway, New Hampshire, named one of National Geographic’s 25 Best Ski Towns and popular with adventure seekers and outdoor enthusiasts. Cranmore’s location offers visitors the opportunity to experience the outdoor lifestyle during the winter and summer seasons both on and off the mountain.

Cranmore was one of the first learn-to-ski mountains in the country, led by Hannes Schneider who brought ski instruction to the mountain in 1939. Today, it continues to be an industry leader in introducing skiing and snowboarding to new participants.

On August 14, 2016 Cranmore announced the groundbreaking of a new condominium project, Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore, which will bring 106 homes to the base of the mountain and create 50,000 square feet of commercial space. This project, along with a full complement of summer activities and recreation, will propel Cranmore to be a landmark four-season, destination resort in the White Mountains, while providing guests with the opportunity to fully experience the lifestyle that the location offers.

Located in Peru, Vermont, Bromley Mountain is an iconic southern Vermont ski resort steeped in history. Originally developed by the Pabst family, Bromley has been owned by Joe O’Donnell since 1986 and managed by the Fairbank Group since 2011.

Bromley is a premier family ski resort whose place on the learn to ski map has only strengthened with recent expansion of their kids program and mountain enhancements that include a recently updated base area. Bromley’s southern exposure is why the resort has the moniker, the Sun Mountain, while their snowmaking prowess, including a recently upgraded snowmaking fleet, keeps their fiercely loyal skier base on the snow late into the season.

The resort has more than 300 condominium units in Bromley Village. The Fairbank Group is currently working through the initial phases of expanded real estate development.
